Conditions Treated

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can be very helpful for a number of psychological and behavioral problems. These problems include anxiety, depression, phobias and fears, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, weight management, and habit disorders (such as hair-pulling and skin-picking). CBT can also be helpful for issues such as time management, procrastination, organizational skills deficits, and communication skills problems. CBT may also help in coping with health-related issues such as pregnancy, infertility, and chronic pain.
